I think looking at textures for this project will help make the design look as in-depth as possible. I thought I'd look at snake skin scales because the texture of their skin is so detailed. The image above shows some really sharp skin on these snakes. If I used this texture for my design i think it would be a challenging approach and would probably be a complicated and time consuming one as well. I'd need to think about what products I'd need too as wax could be an option but I'd need to practice a lot to get this right.
